We ship worldwide to 30+ countries from Chiang Mai, Thailand. Every order is tracked via UPS or DHL and delivered to your door.
Processing time
Orders ship within [3–5 business days] of payment confirmation. Larger orders or custom requests may take longer — we'll let you know if that applies.

- DHL Express — alternative express service, tracked door-to-door

Duties, taxes, and customs
Duties and taxes vary by destination country. We ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) by default — meaning the recipient (your business) is responsible for import duties and taxes at delivery.

Large orders & freight
Orders over [X kg or $X] can ship via ocean or air freight for significant per-unit savings. Freight orders take longer to process and deliver but are often the most cost-effective for large restocks. Contact us for a freight quote.
