Applying & approval

Who can apply for wholesale?

Anyone with a legitimate resale business — brick-and-mortar boutiques, online retailers, festival vendors, yoga studios, resort shops, spa gift shops, and more. US applicants need a valid resale certificate; international applicants need a business registration equivalent.

How long does approval take?

Usually within 24 hours during business days. We manually review every application.

What if I don't have a resale certificate yet?

Ordering & MOQ

What's the minimum order?

Can I mix product categories in one order?

Yes. Mix clothing, accessories, jewelry, and home decor in any combination to meet the [$350] minimum.

Do you offer pre-mixed assortments?

Yes. We sell curated assortment packs by category. See our best selling assortments to browse.

Products & customization

Is everything handmade?

Yes. Every product in our catalog is made by our Thai artisan teams in Chiang Mai — the same teams we've worked with since 2010.

Can I request custom prints or colors?

Shipping & delivery

What countries do you ship to?

30+ countries worldwide from Chiang Mai. See our shipping page for transit times by region.

How long does shipping take?

Orders process in [3–5 business days], then ship via UPS or DHL. Transit is usually 3–8 business days depending on your region.

How much is shipping?

Rates depend on weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see a live shipping quote at checkout.

Do you offer Net terms?

Yes. Net 15 and Net 30 for approved accounts after 3 completed orders in good standing.
