To keep wholesale access protected, applications with incomplete, unclear, or suspicious details may need extra review or may be declined.

We use a passwordless sign-in system.
Enter your email address on the sign-in page, and Shopify will send a one-time code to your email. Enter the code to sign in. No password is needed.

Signing in and getting wholesale access are not the same thing.
Our website may allow you to sign in with your email address, but wholesale prices are only visible after you register through our official wholesale form and your account receives wholesale access.
If you signed in without registering, you may be inside an account, but you will not be able to see wholesale prices or checkout until your wholesale access is approved.

Sure Design Wholesale is based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and wholesale orders are prepared and shipped from Thailand.

Most shipments arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and conditions beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or transportation delays.

Because of this, small variations in color, print placement, sizing, and finish may happen. These differences are part of the handmade character of the products.

Small measurement differences may happen with handmade, stonewashed, or small-batch items. Product descriptions are the best place to confirm fit, length, waist range, and other sizing details.

Many bestsellers are restocked, but some handmade, upcycled, or small-batch styles may be limited.

Wholesale return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package and must be approved before anything is sent back.
Approved returns are always subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
